GIRLS ASSISTANT COACH – DRISKA McCULLOUGH

Coach Driska graduated from Andover High School in 1970. She was active as a member of the swimming,
basketball, lacrosse, and field hockey teams in high school. She continued her education at Centenary
where she graduated in 1972. She also
played collegiate sports as a member of the swimming, lacrosse, and basketball
teams there.
Coach Driska has had
coaching experience with several different teams; they include the Michigan Stingrays,
Bloomfield Hills Middle School, Mercy High School, Kendallwood
Swim Club, and currently at the Beechview Swim Club
in Farmington Hills. She has also been
the youth supervisor for Bloomfield Hills Schools, and she currently works at
the Costick Center in Farmington
Hills as the Aquatic Supervisor. She has held that position since 1989.
Coach Driska has been a part
of the Laker program since 2005 as the Assistant
Coach for the Girls team at West Bloomfield. She first became involved as the West
Bloomfield Middle School Coach when the program began in 1996.
Coach Driska resides in Waterford with her
husband Jerry. She has one daughter,
Amy, who was an outstanding High School swimmer for Mercy, and for the University of Michigan. Amy currently coaches swimming at the collegiate
level at Georgia Tech.
